  • 1 cup The Clean Spread Chocolate Cashew Spread
  • ½ cup dates, pitted & softened
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup oat or almond flour
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp baking powder & ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to Make It 6 steps
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) & line an 8×8" pan.
  2. Blend dates, milk & vanilla into a smooth paste.
  3. Mix paste with Chocolate Cashew Spread.
  4. Add cocoa, flour, baking powder & salt.
  5. Spread in pan & bake for 18–22 mins.
  6. Cool, slice & enjoy.
Instant Mug Cake

Ingredients 6 items
  • 3 tbsp Clean Spread (any flavor)
  • 2 tbsp oat or almond flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (if chocolatey)
  • 2 tbsp almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp mashed banana or date paste
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
How to Make It 4 steps
  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Microwave for 60–90 seconds (check after 60s).
  3. Let it cool slightly, then enjoy straight from the mug.
  4. Optional: top with extra spread.

Ingredients 6 items
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup Clean Spread (any flavor)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts or seeds
  • ¼ cup dried fruits (dates, cranberries, raisins)
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or date syrup
  • Pinch of salt
How to Make It 5 steps
  1. In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, and dried fruits.
  2. Warm Clean Spread with honey/date syrup in a small pan until smooth.
  3. Pour over dry mix and stir well.
  4. Press firmly into a lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set, then cut into bars.
